I provide informal mediation in low conflict cases for parties who need a stipulation and/or marital settlement agreements and do not wish formal representation.

Recent Successes in Family Law Matters

- Obtained $45,000.00 sanction/legal cost settlement for a client whose former spouse failed to disclose stock options.
- Successfully obtained a marital settlement agreement in which a family business was restructured so that both parties were able to continue to benefit from the business, but not have to work together.
